_          I have been where you are. Purchasing a home can be very stressful. (And rewarding as well.)  It is likely the most important financial decision you will ever make. There are many factors involved in the process, not the least of which is the home’s condition. You certainly do not want to find problems and potential hazards after you take possession of the property. Having the home inspected can alleviate this concern.

      The home inspection is a visual, non-intrusive inspection of a property’s systems and components, with the purpose of assessing the overall condition and identifying any major defects, deficiencies, or safety hazards. The onsite portion of the inspection generally takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours. All observations, as well as recommendations for repairs and improvements, are then prepared in a confidential written report which can be emailed directly to you or your realtor (if desired).
