Residential
The majority of our inspections are residential properties. Whether you are a home buyer or seller, an inspection gives you important information that affects the decisions you make and impacts the value of the home. Major systems and components of the home, including the roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows and foundation are inspected. The inspector will go through every room with a fine tooth comb. Prices are based on the size of the home.
Investments
If you are purchasing an investment property, you may not need quite as much information about the home. For these customers, we offer special investment inspections wherein we inspect the major systems of the homes, check bathrooms for leaks and assess the roof and exterior, with a special eye out for needed repairs and safety concerns. Prices are based on the size / number of units, but at half the rate of our Residential inspections.
